描述
数据显示，2014年国内新建核电项目数量依旧为零。根据《核电中长期发展规划(2011-2020年)》要求，到2020年前，中国在运核电装机达到5800万千瓦，在建3000万千瓦。截至目前，中国运行核电机组22台，装机容量达2029.658万千瓦，在建的核电机组有26台，约2800万千瓦。
林伯强说，基于此，中国还需要在2015年投入8到9台核电机组方能完成目标，如果还迟迟不重启，2020年目标将很难完成。目前看来，沿海核电项目有望在2015年一季度获批。
