电器元件的选择配置
1.总配电箱的电器应具备电源隔离,正常接通与分断电路,以及短路、过载、漏电保护功能。
总配电箱(配电柜)由一个进线单元和一个出线单元组成,或由一个进线单元和数个出线单元组成,装设可见断开点的透明塑壳总断路器和可见断开点的透明塑壳分路断路器及辅助电源故障时能自动断开的辅助电源型分路漏电保护器。每个回路输出端应装设三点接线端子板。
2.总配电箱(配电柜)的配出回路数为1~5个回路。
3.分配电箱由一个进线单元和数个出线单元组成,装设可见断开点的透明塑壳断路器总开关和可见断开点的透明塑壳断路器分开关及五点接线端子板。
4.分配电箱的配出回路数为2~7个回路。
5.开关箱由一个进线单元和一个出线单元组成,装设可见断开点的透明塑壳断路器和漏电保护器及五点接线端子板。
6.总配电箱(配电柜)、分配电箱、开关箱的可见断开点的透明塑壳断路器均应设置在电源进线端。
7.总配电箱应装设电压表、总电流表、电度表。电流表和电度表不得共用一套电流互感器。装设电流互感器时,其二次回路必须与保护零线有一个连接点,且严禁断开电路。
8.总配电箱(配电柜)中漏电保护器的额定漏电动作电流应大于30mA,额定漏电动作时间应大于0.1S,但其额定漏电动作电流与额定漏电动作时间的乘积不应大于30mA/S。
9.开关箱中漏电保护器的额定漏电动作电流不应大于30mA,额定漏电动作时间不应大于0.1S。
10.配电箱、开关箱的电源进线端严禁采用插头和插座做活动连接。
11.配电箱、开关箱应有名称、用途、分路标记及系统接线图。
